Terms of use and customer master agreement
The User shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions upon the Users usage of the website http://www.renons.com/. Under this Agreement, Customer shall comply with Company's then current Acceptable Use Policy, as amended, modified or updated from time to time by Company, which currently can be viewed under the Legal Details section of this web site, and which is incorporated in this Agreement by reference. 

1. The domain address www.renons.com is owned by Renons Technologies. All content present on this Site, including all the software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this Site, is exclusive and proprietary material owned by Renons Technologies.

2. The term “Renons” shall mean Renons Technologies and the term “User” shall mean the User who is browsing the website http://www.renons.com/ (Site).

3. We shall have no responsibility for any damage to User's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any content, materials, information from the Site.

4. By Company, at any time, without notice, if, in Company's sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, Customer is in violation of any term or condition of the this Agreement and related agreements, or Customer's use of the Services disrupts or, in Company's sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, could disrupt, Company's business operations and/or.

5. If the Services are prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal or regulatory reason, by giving Customer as much prior notice as reasonably practicable.

6. No material from this site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, posted or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Renons Technologies. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7. Renons Technologies may unilaterally change or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including, its content or features.

8. Renons Technologies will provide dedicated or shared server computers, as specified in Exhibit A, with an Internet address for storage and access of Content, User Content, and the Website. The Website, Content, and User Content must be "server-ready." Renons Technologies will provide bandwidth and storage as specified in Exhibit A. If Customer requires additional bandwidth or storage, Renons Technologies will negotiate in good faith to amend this Agreement unless Renons’s server computers cannot accommodate the requested bandwidth or storage.

9. Renons Technologies will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to the Website, Content, User Content, and Confidential Information stored on Renons’s server computers.

10. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain accurate billing information with Renons Technologies. This may include updated credit card information, email address and mailing address.

11. Customer is solely liable for any taxes or fees payable for products or services sold by Customer on the Website.

12. The initial term is agreed upon during account signup. After the initial term, this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until terminated.

13. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by this Agreement and neither party has the power to bind the other party.

14. Customer agrees that Renons Technologies may charge up to 30 days in advance all fees due for the Services provided to Customer under this agreement to the credit card supplied by Customer during registration or at any time thereafter and customer specifically agrees not to charge back any payments Renons Technologies processes through Customer's credit card, checking account or other form of payment on file with Renons Technologies.

15. In the event of a default, Customer agrees to be responsible for all breach-off-contract fees, late fees, collection fees and expenses as well as reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.

16. Reseller shall not resell the Services under Renons's brand name accordingly nothing in this Agreement constitutes a license to Reseller to use or resell the Marks.

17. During the course of providing Services to customer Renons Technologies may assign to Customer an Internet Protocol address. Customer agrees that it has no right to a particular IP address under this agreement and accordingly Renons Technologies shall retain ownership of any IP address or addresses used by Customer under this agreement and that Renons Technologies reserves the right to change or remove any and all such Internet Protocol numbers and addresses, in its sole and absolute discretion.

18. Customer agrees not to run any scripts, executables or other programs or processes on Renons's servers or other equipment that will in any way adversely affect the performance of said equipment.

19. Renons Technologies is a shared hosting provider. Your Web site is hosted with others on our servers in a virtual community. Our packages are not intended to support enterprise level or other large companies.

20. Unlimited disk space: Customers may create a Web site as large as needed without an upper limitation on disk space. However, as mentioned in our acceptable and appropriate usage explanation, there are many other users on your server. Growing a very large Web site very quickly may negatively affect others on the server and as such, violate our acceptable usage policy. We may place restrictions on how fast you can grow your site and will monitor resources closely, however, the vast majority of customer Web sites are well within established rules and are not impacted by restrictions.

21. Unlimited data transfer bandwidth: With unlimited data transfer bandwidth within acceptable usage practices, visitors to your Web site will be able to access and interact with your Web site as often as they wish. However, customers may not use excess server processing power that will create a negative impact on the performance of the server and other customers on that space. In these circumstances, access or downloads to your site may be limited. Ensuring the best performance for as many customers as possible is a top priority and violations to the above rule will not be tolerated.

22. Customer agrees that its use of Services and its reliance upon information provided by Renons Technologies are entirely at Customer's own risk. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Renons Technologies exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of data, scripts, or other information passing through Renons's host computers, network hubs and points of presence or the Internet.

23. Use of the Services for creating or sending malicious, destructive or nuisance code, examples of which include but are not limited to, viruses, worms and Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail-bombing, or engaging in denial of service attacks is prohibited and is a breach of this agreement. Customer also agrees not to engage in any other activity that is intended to disrupt or interfere with, or that results in the disruption of or interference with, the ability of others to effectively use the Services.

24. Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been or being infringed, or, in the case of claimed infringement of multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.

25. Offering for sale or otherwise enabling access to software products that facilitate the sending of unsolicited e-mail or facilitate the assembling of multiple e-mail addresses.

26. Advertising, transmitting, linking to, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate these terms, including but not limited to the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software.

27. Any conflicting definitions, terms and conditions in a Customer Product Agreement Extension shall take precedence over the same definition, terms and conditions in this Agreement, and shall be applied only to that Customer Product Agreement Extension.
